Excellent service, excellent work.

My experience with K.B. Body shop began after I was sideswiped by some lady on one of the last snowy days of winter- she drifted into the entire rear quarter of my virtually new Honda passport that I’d barely put 3,500 miles on since owning and despite being a very low speed collision, the resulting damage basically obliterated my rear passenger door, entire quarter panel, gas flap, back rim, rear bumper and taillight areas. I was only carrying liability insurance, and the idiot Vilas County cops who handled the crash report screwed up so badly that insurance was unable to contest liability for me to be covered through the other drivers policy. After the initial nightmare of going around to every single local body shop near me (st Germain) and receiving absurd quotes of 20K+ to being outright told it should be considered totaled, I slowly expanded my search and research- K.B.’s positive standing and glowing feedback caught my eye and I ended up traveling down to receive a quote from them. Finally, after 2 weeks of hell and hopelessness there was a glimmer of hope- theirs was the first remotely manageable/reasonable quote I had seen thus far; upon meeting for an initial in person diagnosis after agreeing to commit to having the body work done through KB, Travis was very kind and patient right off the bat and helped break down my totals and expectations, and was very considerate in taking my personal needs, preferences, and budget into account. They got me into the shop pretty quick, and impressively managed to not only complete the entire lengthy repair slightly ahead of the expectation window, but also managed to stay within a matter of like a $50 parameter of what my preliminary quote was!! My car was retired to its same like new condition upon picking it up after completion, as well as having been nicely cleaned inside and out! The aftermath and insurance dilemma of the accident I was in was absolutely devastating on me- KB was the light that showed through right as I was bracing myself to give up completely; I owe my utmost gratitude towards them for turning my reality from hopeless to fixable again and I have nothing but praise for my experience as a first time customer having work done through them. I was treated with respect and empathy from my very first inquiry over the phone all the way on through the entirety of the repair process- outstanding communication, high quality work, fair tech rates and pricing, thorough attention and care given to my every need and request, no games or deceitful bs or issues whatsoever at any point! I hope to never have to go through such an experience or have to cover extensive body work out of pocket ever again, but if god forbid I ever do at least I know exactly who to turn to for help and quality repair! I cannot emphasize enough how much very clear care, thoroughness, and honesty I observed in doing business with them and being kept up to par by Travis directly throughout the entire repair- it is extremely rare to witness such outstandingly positive business ethics these days in general; personally, I value integrity/quality more than anything- and I can honestly say I have not seen such observable emphasis placed on said values by any business or service in a real longggg time. I can positively assure you that you will be in the best hands around if you decide to have body work done through KB- you will be treated with respect and care and can count on immaculate quality repairs done by their knowledge and highly skilled staff- all without being nickel and dimed out of every extra sneaky fee and charge possible, without having to worry over quality or communication issues or any of the commonly offputting stress factors most people would be familiar with experiencing from other mechanics these days. Thank you so much to both KB and especially Travis for overseeing my repairs- I could not be more pleased with my repair quality and overall experience and I owe you so much gratitude for having been my saving grace in my dire time of need❤️

Kb is by far the best paint and repair facility in the Merrill and Northcentral WI area. From the estimate through the repair it is a great experience. Quality work that is done on time.

KB did a wonderful job with fixing my car door. It was completed before expected, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they even detailed the inside for me!

Kb did a great job fixing my suv to new like after the deer hit. They cleaned it inside and out. They also went out of there way to get my daughters bracelet out of the loaner car. It made her day. Great job

They did an amazing job. My Acadia was in 2 car accidents and my Cadillac had hail damage, both looked brand new after they repaired it. They also try to give a loaner that fits with what you are driving which is very helpful. I highly recommend KB body shop.

Hit a turkey. Had vehicle towed to KB. Communication was wonderful, over the phone and through the app. Even with unexpected delays, they did an amazing job. I feel they went a bit above and beyond. The detailing work on the interior to make sure all glass was removed, better than when I bought it. Thank you all, 😊 Amazing Teamwork..
